Nepal Adventure Trekking and Tours

After having our instant meal, early in the morning, we board an hour long scenic mountain flight over the glorious Himalayas and embark for whole day sightseeing tour around the UNESCO world heritage sites namely Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath in Kathmandu valley.

Kathmandu Durbar Square:

The ancient palaces, courtyards, temples and buildings exhibit the old tradition, culture and architectural brilliance that was built, crafted centuries ago. You will be visiting the home of living god Kumari, Kasthamandap temple and museums. The entrance fee is quoted Nrs. 250 for foreigners.

Swayambhunath stupa:

Next we will visit around 2000 years old Swayambhunath stupa which is world’s greatest Buddhist shrine. From top of the hill panoramic view of Kathmandu valley is seen which is considered best during sunset.

Pashupatinath temple:

Pashupatinath temple is the biggest and most holy pilgrimage site among Hindu pilgrims all over the globe. The cremation ghats on bagmati river displays the rituals that is followed by hindus after end of the life. The gigantic temple with silver and gold plated doors and roofs is center of attraction in itself.

Boudhanah stupa:

It is one of the largest Buddhist stupas in south asia and holy place for Buddhists. Large number of monks and monasteries are found in entire area. Encircling huge stupa along 108 small Buddha statues and prayer wheels certainly makes you feel like you are in enigmatic land of Tibet.

After having an instant meal, we board a short flight to scenic lake city Pokhara. We will be driving towards Nayapul on our car and start walking for 20 mins to arrive Birehanti. This is the starting point of our trek. Further we pass through beautiful forests, waterfalls and small settlements along the way to end our day’s trip towards Tikhe Dhunga.

Today we will be ascending towards beautiful village of Ghorepani which literally means horse-water in Nepali. There are plenty of souviner shops as this place is also regarded as the trekker’s resting site. WE get the glimpses of Himalayas as we ascend forward.

This day is important day of the trip as we will be heading towards top of the poonhill at an altitude of 3210m early in the morning. It is the great viewpoint in an Annapurna region offering the best views of glorious Himalayas. The sunrise views of snow capped mountains mesmerize us in every way. After watching splendid sunrise views, we get back to Ghorepani and stay overnight at Tadapani.

Leaving back Tadapani, we descend through dense forests towards Ghandruk. We will be walking through green forests and beautiful vegetation. After trekking for couple of hours, the beautiful village of Ghandruk welcomes us. Mainly Gurung community can be experienced in Ghandruk village. Therefore we would certainly explore the rich cultural traditions of Gurung people at Gurung museum. Overnight at guesthouse.

Today we will be trekking towards Nayapul from Ghandruk and drive to main streets of Pokhara on our private vehicle.

With plenty of delightful memories, today we leave scenic lake city Pokhara and head towards Chitwan. On our way at Chraudi put in point we will experience white water rafting adventure on Trisuli river for approximately 3 hours. After having our lunch meal we continue our drive to Chitwan.

Today we will embark for whole day Chitwan National park exploration. The jungle activity includes, jungle walk, elephant ride, elephant bath, bird watching, village exploration and other cultural shows during night along the campfire.

Waking up early in the morning, we will go for bird watching and catch a private vehicle which leads to capital city Kathmandu.

After experiencing 10 days of trekking, tours, rafting, sightseeing and jungle safari we conclude our Nepal Adventure trekking and tours. If we have any extra time, shopping and strolling around the Thamel area would be nice option. Finally, you will be transferred to International airport 3 hours prior departure timing of your flight.
