Hiking in Daman or Daman hiking is the short hike towards the 100 km southwest of Kathmandu at an altitude of 2320 m which provides the panoramic views of Himalayan ranges including Mt. Everest, Mt. Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Dorjelakpa, Gaurishankar and Cho yu.
Daman hiking is considered as the ideal site for hiking in Nepal as it is near Kathmandu city just around two to three hours drive. We head towards Daman after sightseeing around the world heritage sites like Kathmandu Durbar square, Soyambhunath stupa, Baudhanath Stupa and Pashupati temple in Kathmandu valley.
